Big Apple Bagels

The bagels and cream cheese are out of this world! The owner Ryan is very nice and great to talk to. I will definitely make a point to come back here next time I’m in town!

I dont know why they ask "for here or to go". The music is blaring loud. I had to repeat my order twice because they didn't hear me. Sad to see they don't want people to dine in. Also, I didn't appreciate the stare down to see if I was going to leave a tip. I didn't want to leave a tip. They must've been having a bad day because they weren't polite. They were impatient and seemed annoyed I was there. The pressure was so great that I left a tip. I dont like that feeling.

I love this place. This morning I placed an online order for two cinnamon-raisin bagels with cream cheese on the side while I was out and about running errands. I paid for my order with Apple Pay. When I got to Big Apple Bagels I was met by a young lady who made my day with her bright smile and happy outlook. She made my day. Now look, I've been coming here for years and every time they hit it out of the park. The atmosphere for eating in is fine, nothing fancy, but it does the trick. The bagels on the other hand are amazing. And so are their breakfast sandwiches, muffins and pastries. I am just so impressed with this place. It's one of my two favorite places to pick up bagels on the go or stop in and chill with a bagel and cup of coffee. Thanks Big Apple Bagels for representing Traverse City so well. You guys are terrific. Harry Phillips, Old Mission Peninsula.

I LOVE bagels, and I’ve always historically loved BABs, but today was very disappointing. A young male worker watched a very elderly and frail gentleman spill coffee all over himself and the floor while he was being delivered his food. Instead of helping, the worker just walked away without acknowledging the man needed assistance. Another patron actually helped the man clean up himself and the floor and even offered to help the man back to his vehicle. When I got home with my bagel I opened to find that there was hardly any cream cheese on it.

I love love love this place. Their jalapeno cheddar cheese bagels are amazing!!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. I also just love their everything bagel with cream cheese too! Big apple bagel is the best bagel shop in TC hands down! If you want just a bagel with cream cheese they got it you want a warm bagel sandwich for lunch they got that too with so many different kinds of bagels to choose from too. Anything you can think of they probably got it! They also have good muffins and cookies and the best coffee! Hey big apple please keep up the fantastic work!!! You all are the best!
